Due to restrictions placed upon us by our bank, there is a minimum order amount for overseas orders of $A20.00 (excluding postage & packing).

Product Availability

Please note that any customs or duty charges of the country to which you have your order shipped are always the responsibility of the recipient.

All care is taken to ensure your order details are correct prior to dispatch. We will gladly replace any items, which become damaged in transit (subject to conditions in Shipping and Delivery) or are in anyway defective or where goods delivered are not as ordered. All goods must be returned in their original condition and must not be marked in any way. Please contact us by telephone or e-mail (dollhouseandcraft@optusnet.com.au) within 7 days of receipt of goods if there is any problem with your purchase. If an exchange or refund is authorised a RA (return authority) number will be advised. Goods will not be accepted for return without a RA. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of goods (provided the items are in stock). Return/Exchange Goods MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS.
